Product Description

Feature

Pre-Milling
It can improve the edge banding effect, deal with the unevenness and burrs on the template surface, and improve the edge banding effect; reduce the glue line and make the edge-banded board more beautiful.
Gluing
Through a special structure, the edge-banding board and edge-banding material are evenly coated with glue on both sides, ensuring a stronger adhesion.
End Cutting
Through precision linear guide motion, automatic template tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor rapid cutting structure, the cutting surface is guaranteed to be smooth and flat.
Rough Trimming
The rough trimming knife is a flat knife. It is used to trim the excess part when sealing the veneer. Because when sealing the veneer, you cannot directly use the R-shaped knife of the fine trimming knife. The veneer is generally 0.4mm thick. If you directly use the fine trimming knife, it is easy to cause breakage.
Fine Trimming
All adopt automatic template tracking and high-frequency and high-speed motor structure to ensure that the upper and lower parts of the trimmed plate are flat and smooth. Used to repair and remove excess edge banding material on the upper and lower sides of the edge banding strip of processed panels.
Corner rounding
Profiling tracking: chamfering the arc corners to make the chamfered plate look more original, smooth and beautiful.
Scraping
It is used to eliminate the ripple marks caused by the non-linear cutting process of trimming, making the upper and lower parts of the plate smoother and neater.
Buffing
Use a cotton polishing wheel to clean the processed plate and make the edge end surface smoother through polishing.

Full-automatic edge banding machine is applicable to linear edge banding and trimming of MDF, blockboard, solid wood board,particle board, polymer door board, plywood, etc. It can have the functions of double-sided adhesive edge banding belt cutting,edge banding belt bonding and pressing, end trimming, chamfering, rough trimming, fine trimming, scraping and polishing at one time. The edge banding is exquisite, smooth, good feel, and the sealing line is straight and smooth.
